Abraham of the Bible is an inspirational figure, but remember that he, too, was a sinner. As you listen to today’s message from Pastor Chris, he explains that although Abraham is seen as a model of excellent faith, he also needed a Savior. Do you ever tend to compare yourself to others who seem like a “better Christian” than you? Pastor Chris encourages you to understand that every person has fallen short of the grace of God. Everyone needs salvation through Jesus. And having faith in Jesus is what credits you as righteous.
