GROW.

As believers, we are not supposed to stay baby Christians! Paul states clearly that his desire for each believer is to be “fully mature” (Colossians 1:28) and the writer of Hebrews states that he desires for believers to move from being spiritual infants to being spiritually mature (Hebrews 5:12-14). As long as we’re alive, we are called to grow in our faith and become more like Jesus. At Selah Hills we want to help every person take their next steps as they grow in their knowledge and obedience to Christ.

DISCIPLESHIP GROUPS

No matter what stage you’re at in your Christian walk, you can always glean from the teaching, accountability, and personal relationship of a more mature believer. Paul tells Timothy “what you have heard from me…entrust to faithful men, who will be able to teach others also” (2 Tim. 2:2). Paul spent unique time training Timothy, and Timothy spent unique time training faithful men. Discipleship is a pivotal relationship for each believer to be learning from someone who is further along than them.
