OUTREACH

HERE AM I; SEND ME.

ISAIAH 6:8

At Selah Hills Church we believe that following Jesus means going beyond our walls to serve our neighbors and our world. Bread of Life Outreach exists to see people, know their needs, and show the love of Christ — practically and personally — across our community and beyond.

We partner with seven local and national organizations doing transformational work among at-risk youth, incarcerated adults, women in crisis, children around the world, and families facing disaster.

MINISTRIES WE SUPPORT

Resetting Lives — One Teen at a Time

Working exclusively with Williamson County Juvenile Services, Reset Mentoring is a non-profit organization created to help teens reset their lives — whatever that looks like for them. Over the past 10 years, they have found that one size fits all just doesn't work. The teens they work with are as different as you and me. They have their God-given talents, dreams, and future.

  • Works with at-risk teens involved in the juvenile justice system
  • Provides one-on-one mentoring and relationship-based support
  • Offers faith-based guidance, discipleship, and weekly gatherings
  • Teaches life skills including budgeting, job readiness, and home skills
  • Helps with education and employment pathways — GED, college, trade programs
  • Provides ongoing support after release through long-term mentoring

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope." — Jeremiah 29:11

  • Helps reduce trauma and create a smoother transition into foster care
A shoebox that opens a door to something eternal.

The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to demonstrate God's love in a tangible way to children in need around the world. Through this project, Samaritan's Purse partners with the local church worldwide to share the Good News of Jesus Christ and make disciples of the nations.

  • Delivers shoeboxes filled with gifts to children in need around the world
  • Follows each gift with The Greatest Journey — a 12-lesson discipleship program
  • Teaches kids how to know, follow, and share the Gospel
  • Led by trained local teachers through churches worldwide
  • Gives each graduate a New Testament Bible in their own language
  • Encourages children to share their faith with family and community

"Let the children come to me; do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God." — Mark 10:14
